Shipping

All SANTE pieces are hand-beaded to order or made in small batches. Standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Need it sooner? Choose express dispatch and your order will be sent within 24 hours.

Once shipped, UK orders typically arrive within 4 working days. International shipping times vary by destination.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns & Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. To cancel, simply email us at hello@sante.world within this period.

Once you’ve let us know, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Please take reasonable care of the item while it’s in your possession, and return it unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If your order included any complimentary gifts (such as a free phone lanyard), these must be returned along with the item. If the gift is missing or used, its value may be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return in the condition it was sent, we’ll issue a refund including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

Please note: as each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, bead placement, or finish are part of the charm and not considered a fault.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days. Please email hello@sante.world with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
